After relocating to Asheville from Telluride, CO in 1997 with wife Katy, Greg has been a real estate professional in western North Carolina as both a Certified Appraiser and a Real Estate Broker. These days he concentrates most of his time on the sales of custom and historical homes all over western NC. Greg is a graduate of Clemson University, class of 1991 and has a background in both commercial and residential construction. Other properties that he has experience in include: horse properties, development properties, vacant land, multi-family, and commercial sales and leasing. Other than work Greg keeps busy chasing his two year old daughter around and playing golf whenever possible. He lives and work in Asheville and plans on raising his family here.

Troy Flack has been living in the Asheville, NC area since the summer of 1992. Born and raised in central Florida, he relocated to attend the University of N.C – Asheville and pursue a career in architecture which later changed to real estate. He immediately obtained an apprenticeship with a “seasoned” appraisal office and began “learning the ropes” in the real estate marketplace. Troy became a state certified real estate appraiser in 1997 and founded his own real estate appraisal office in 1999. Presently, he manages and runs an appraisal office of 3 additional full time state certified appraisers covering 4 counties. Troy is responsible for training several individuals from the trainee level to a state certified level of expertise. In 2007, he acquired his real estate license to become a more rounded real estate professional. He is competent in all facets of residential real estate from raw land, new or proposed construction, fixer uppers, condominiums, townhomes, and high-end luxury properties exceeding $2 million dollars.

Troy is an avid sports enthusiast and frequently enjoy golf as well as tennis, surfing, and racquetball. Church is a vital part of his life and he is heavily involved in it. He and his wife recently had a son which keeps them very busy. Troy's mission in the real estate world is to educate and assist individuals in all facets of a real estate transaction (ranging from consultation, buying and/or selling, investment opportunity, appraising, etc.).

Richard is native Ashevillian and attended Asheville Buncombe Technical College for business management. He has been involved in real estate since 2002 and is currently a state certified appraiser and provisional real estate broker. He has attained a significant amount of experience in many facets of residential real estate from new construction, vacant land, condominiums, townhomes, high-end properties as well as modular and manufactured housing. Richard and his wife live in western Buncombe county with their one year old daughter, dog and cat. In his free time he enjoys camping, golfing, church activities, riding his Harley-Davidson and spending time with his family and friends. Richard's goal in real estate is to exceed his clients expectations.

Tom relocated to the Asheville area in 2000 as a sales manager for USA Today. In 2003, he joined Accurate Appraisal Services and became a Certified Residential Appraiser. Tom specializes in appraisals of high end luxury homes over 1 million dollars and large tracts of land throughout Buncombe and Madison Counties as well as multi-family and conventional residential properties. He has also become active in real estate brokerage to broaden his knowledge of the real estate market and to assist those needing honesty and competence in listing, selling, and relocation needs. He works part-time as the Music Director at Christ United Methodist Church in Weaverville and is happily married with 4 children, 3 cats, and 2 fish.

Lonnie received his B.S. Degree from Mississippi State University in Agriculture in 1969 and a Masters Degree in Political Science in 1992. After graduation from college he owned his own insurance and financial planning firm for 25 years, earning numerous industry awards and life membership in the Millon Dollar Round Table. Lonnie served eight years in the Mississippi Legislature and had the honor of being selected as one of “Three Outstanding Young Men of Mississippi” by the Mississippi Jaycees. For the past 15 years he and his wife Lydia have been teachers in the Buncombe County School System. They are members of the First Baptist Church of Swannanoa and he is a member of the Black Mountain Masonic Lodge. They have three children and six grandchildren. Hobbies include golf, fishing, hunting, travel and working on the farm. Lonnie is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors.
