We also provide Certified Real Estate Appraisals. Currently we are active in Buncombe County, and Henderson, Madison, and Haywood Counties. Appraisal Fees are quoted based on property type and location. We focus on appraising property for private individuals in need of a property appraisal as well as for banks and mortgage companies, and for attorneys for use in estate settlements and equitable distribution. It should be noted that these are two separate services, as there is a conflict of interest in appraising and subsequently listing a property for sale.
